The Relief patches are manufactured in the United States and contain simple ingredients:
- Menthol (plant-derived)
- Lavender oil
- Arnica Montana
We recommend to use one patch. Carefully remove the backing film and apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Each patch can be worn up to 12 hours. Discard after use.
