You won’t be charged for this item. We authorized your card for the full amount of the purchase when you placed your order, but this authorization will fall off your account in about 7 business days, depending on your bank.
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only past the three day notification policy. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department.
