We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed.
Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy returns. Please read our return policy and use our return form to proceed with a return.
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- All returns must be received within 21 days of the original shipment date.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
- Sale items are all final sale & cannot be returned.
- All items must be returned with their original tags attached.
- Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 20-50% restock fee.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
- We do not accept returns on jewelry.
Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only past the three day notification policy. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department.
